i8pkr Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and i8pkr ("we," "us," "the Platform," "i8pkr"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at i8pkr.bio.

By accessing the i8pkr platform in any capacity — whether by registering an account, browsing the website, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the service — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of i8pkr, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

To access i8pkr's betting and casino services, you are required to create a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep that information updated at all times.

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on i8pkr. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or affiliated accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where i8pkr identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual, i8pkr reserves the right to:

• Close all accounts associated with that individual without prior notice;
• Void all pending and settled wagers placed across those accounts;
• Withhold or forfeit all bonus-related winnings accumulated across those accounts;
• Return genuine deposits at i8pkr's discretion after completing any required compliance review.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. i8pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

i8pkr reserves the right to refuse a registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

i8pkr supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. i8pkr does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Use of a payment method belonging to another individual — even a family member — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.

The following general betting rules apply across all i8pkr products:

• A wager is final and irrevocable once confirmed by the player. i8pkr will not cancel, reverse, or amend any wager after it has been accepted, except where the platform determines that a wager was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error.
• Where a manifest error in odds, prices, or game payouts is identified, i8pkr reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to players' accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the i8pkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place wagers, or gain any competitive or informational advantage;
• Colluding with other players, whether on i8pkr or external platforms, to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or RNG anomalies to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the i8pkr platform's technology or software;
• Using i8pkr in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing i8pkr staff or other players through any communication channel provided by i8pkr.

All content on the i8pkr platform — including but not limited to software, code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of i8pkr or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the i8pkr platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any i8pkr content without prior written consent;
• Creating derivative works based on any i8pkr content or technology;
• Using i8pkr's name, logo, or trademarks in any context without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of i8pkr intellectual property constitutes an infringement of these Terms and applicable law, and i8pkr reserves all rights to pursue appropriate legal remedies.

i8pkr collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

i8pkr will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by i8pkr, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations that may require i8pkr to retain certain records. • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services, including during maintenance, system upgrades, or events beyond i8pkr's reasonable control;
• Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use of i8pkr;
• Any technical failure, connectivity issue, or delay affecting a player's ability to place or manage wagers;
• Any unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain account security.

i8pkr's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their i8pkr account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

i8pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The platform provides a range of tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. These limits take immediate effect when reduced and a cooling-off period applies before any increase becomes active.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gambling sessions.

Players may close their i8pkr account at any time by submitting a written request to i8pkr's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet released) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.

i8pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or abuse of promotions;
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider;
• Identification of the account as belonging to a self-excluded individual;
• Identification of the account as belonging to an individual under the age of 21;
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.

In the event of account termination for cause, i8pkr reserves the right to withhold any bonus-related winnings and to recover from the player's balance any bonuses already credited that were obtained through breach of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which i8pkr holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a player and i8pkr, the player agrees to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting i8pkr's customer support team. i8pkr will endeavour to respond to and resolve all legitimate complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body specified under i8pkr's gaming licence. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Players agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
